Yes because the right candidate will have to be rejected because they are afraid to offer the right remuneration. Hence, they hire the wrong candidate for the wrong position.
The recruiter most chose the candidate who suitable in the position offerred, that so he need to know almost skills and knowledge abot you.
But the expert recruiter who let the interviewr feel relax when he answer the questions (but sometime he need to know the reflect action from the interviewr if he get angry quickly or what).
