Account executive or manager work within advertising or multi-service agencies, acting as a link between clients and the agency. They are responsible for the coordination of advertising/marketing campaigns and therefore communicating clearly to all those involved. They usually engage in first contact with a potential account, so they must have good business sense and a drive to close deals.
