What minimum computer skills does administrative employee need to apply for a new job in administration field?

From past 8 years mostly in Administration department they are using MS office which didn't changed yet, it only gets upgraded that why I feel any educated person in any field should have this knowledge, 

apart from this advance excel program comes in handy.

Office and Internet with OS: Windows

Basic computer knowledge, MS Office and to be known to operate an office software applications

• MS office suite i.e Word, Excel,Power point and  email
• Good understanding of  ERP platform so that you may catch up quickly and in most of the organization, Admin has to use ERP for budgeting, requisition preparation, contracting, payment approval etc.

Microsoft Office, Email, Excel and power point is most important (Especially microsoft)
