Don`t be sad, don`t get angry and be honest

All the degrees in the world don't replace experience. So don't act like you're a 30 year veteran because you have a degree hanging on the wall. You need to realize that your 20's are a period of professional development following your scholastic endeavors.

I do believe to "Accept the other", is a very difficult attitude we have to learn in our modern life. 

It is the best time to develop your EQ

• remain calm in stressful situation,
• listening others skillfully,
• manage  your anger and mood,
• Talking in diplomatic style i.e to place your point nicely without hurting others,
• learn good manners and etiquettes  and so on 

work on your won character and clarify with your self what you want to be in the future and dream as max as you can , believe me as far as you dream as far as you reach in the future.
