If I file a law suit against my insurance company, how likely is it that I will profit from the law suit?

Lawyers are very expensive and going to court and waiting for the verdict takes a very long time. What are the chances that I will gain profit after paying my lawyer his expenses if I file a law suit against my insurance company?

Depending on the claim volume or amount. Insurance companies usually try to avoid lawsuits because they don't want a bad reputation, so they will try to settle before it goes to court.

Insurance companies have lawyers that works for them and well experienced in the matter and not like you who is probably not. (Nothing personal)

if you are pretty sure that you are going to win the lawsuit, you can sue them to pay all expenses including the advanced payment you made to your lawyer.

Talk to a lawyer and see what is your chances of winning and compare it to the volume of the suit and see if it is actually beneficial.

Maybe try to mitigate and settle out of court which is less time consuming and less expensive.

If you do take to court, either find a good lawyer or don't at all, bad lawyers cost you more than money.
