Who decides your company growth ?

It's a simple question with a vast meaning . I thing our business competitors will decide our company growth because If they are performing very well than our company then our growth will be slow down and vice versa .

On paper & conceptionally; the CEO, boad of directors & managers determine the growth of the company. However there are deciders & influencers of growth of a company for instance stakeholders like employees, partners, associates, publics, intermediaries, customers. Sales growth and spread in the market that determines the company's growth, we say that the company's steady growth as long as they make a profit, and open up new outlets.

depending on the industry, but in general for companies that specialize in selling or manufacturing products, the growth comes within marketing the products to new leads.
