How to appreciate a customer?

"First things first"; a simple gratitude of (Thank you so much Sir/Madam) passionately & sincerely poured out to a customer is very important & means alot to them. Customers want to thanked/ appreciated, shown "love" & to feel a sense of belonging- feeling that they are part of you. However; there are other things like offering technical assistance, free installation, humbly & politely showing them out of the premises. Thanx for the invitation

There are many ways to offer appreciation to customers perhaps the most important that we continue to provide technical support to them until the post-purchase.
