In Supply Chain Management, Which of the 3 specialities ( Procurement, Logistics & Planning ) are preferred by job seekers and employers in Middle East?

Although, Logistics and Planning are the integral parts of Supply Chain Management, but Procurement is the top most requirement. And Procurement plays a very crucial role in any organization. 

In Middle East market, I would place Procurement on top of the list.

As logistics goes hand in hand with supply chain, I would suggest logistics. The other 2 are functions within the supply chain.
