* Successful manager has the ability and communication skills high.

* Successful manager uses modern techniques in the management of its projects.

* Enthusiasm and encourage other important qualities as well.

* Knowledge of and adequate knowledge of some of the project which is managed by the details.

* Master the skills and authority to grant powers to subordinates.

* Dynamic, shock absorbers one important feature in the character of a successful manager.

* Advancement of building a team and develop and strengthen loyalty.

* The successful Project Manager has the ability to solve problems and avoid them.

The above is not enough on its own to refer to the Director of the successful projects, it is a help to catch up in the way of discerning factors.
