Priority goals could be 

• Networking with counterpart organization, Business leaders, Govt. Bureaucracy  Civil Society, Education Institution, youth organizations and reputed clubs
• Developing Team working spirit within the organization
• Resources utilization of the organization( Physical, financial and specific skills)
• Customer care: Consider customer is the king
• Analysing the financial statements on quarterly basis

Top 5 priority Goals as :

1- Customer awareness program which illustrates specific approach to adopt the customer future plans 

2- Development the Sales tools to be more efficient in the tracking the new Business Opportunities

3- Market Analysis Strategy to know other competitors activities and new market trends

4- Set up high facilities to the customers to know their requirements by the site visit and training courses

5- Reviewing company strategy from time to time with new Products, Services and System Solutions to the customers

Goals are a set of final results, which seeks civil institutions over the management of their achievement.

The goal is the result desired by the person or perception, planning and installation of the system to achieve the desire for personal or organizational development Putative . a say an end point of a lot to achieve goals at a specific time by setting deadlines which is similar to the purpose or intent lot.

Three types of goals :

Long - term goals. 

Short - term goals.

Personal goals.

Output quality - Ensuring the production - The speed of achieving the demands of customers - To choose the job sites to facilitate communication with customers process qualitative  - Communication with customers (continuous) -  Giving gifts to loyal customers . 

There are different sectors governmental, private and social. Priorities may vary from one to the other in some points. But in general they share similar strategic priorities which should be taken care of. Those priorities can be as follows:

1. Strategical Goals and Objectives.
2. Rules and regulations.
3. Economy and Stability.
4. Resource Management.
5. Customer Relationship Management.
