Considering bad publicity as a Risk companies try to avoid, what could it possibly be done?

Companies who deal with the public on a regular basis, faces a risk of bad publicity or reputation risk.

Thank you , this type of risk is one of the uninsured risks and there is no insurance coverage for such peril.

For the companies to avoid the bad publicity risk , in my opinion they must always be aware about consumer satisfaction and afford the best services and / or products to their clients and improving their produces in terms of quality.

Companies which face the risk of getting a bad reputation can avoid that risk through the following control measures: 1- Quality control management system to be implemented and applied. 2- Costomers complaints and feeds back investigations. 3- continual training for staff to increase the competency. 4- advantages and bonuses for the model emplyees on periodical bases.

1- Using professional institution to handle such activity on behalf of the organization.

2- Expanding its social and community reward activities.  

3- Applying and strict with the governance rules and principles.

4-  Applying transparency principles in all its deals and activities.
