Which Plans Project Manager must have for successful completing of any project?

any project depends on 3 major corners to control. time, resources and budget. to complete the project in less time you need to increase resources and budget.. and so on...so if you manage these 3 corners you can achieve successful project.

project goes through 4 major cycles. plan, design, develop and stabilize.  each cycle has its deliverables. 

under planning, you plan your resources and allocate budget to each cycle. design cycle you design the system and its integration, under development, you develop and test, under stabilize, you allow user to test, you ensure system runs on its final destination, and provide support. each cycle depends on the one before, and this all falls under the umbrella of the 3 corners of the project.
