KRA - Key Result Area

KPA - Key Performance Area

KPI - Key Performance Indicator

Few things are clear, like:

KPA is the scope of work. KRA is the main area(s) within the KPA where results are needed.

KPI????I know its key performance indicator but.........can't talk clearly on it.

Would appreciate if few examples are given or quoted.

KPI's are for what kind of staff & how the KPI of department is different from that of manager
