Customer focused is a main policy of most international companies strategies. It could be justified their high cost by adopting active policy/ development customer service which is very important and useful to enhance the Sales Activities in the Products and Systems. Then the cost will be reduce for the long period of this strategy when the volume of the Sales and Service expanded within the complete period of the product life cycle.
New policies of the International Companies are focusing on Sales of the Services and after Sales Service for the integration System Projects implemented.

Usually organizations are trying to convince their clients, how often they are satisfied with its products, which are unique in the market, and updated in accordance with the latest innovative technology worldwide.

All organisations that believe in CUSTOMER FOR LIFE normally customer focused and that doesn't mean high cost. Of course in the short run it may be true but in the long run, customers are retained for life cycle. Any money spent on this direction is investment and not cost.
