The qualities of Employee relations officers:

  1. The employee relation  shall keep his door open all the time and welcome all employees
  2. He/she shall be fully aware of the HR rules and procedure and current labor law
  3. He/She  must show that he/she is caring  and must show empathy to the issue raised by the employees
  4. he/she must be a good listener and must be able to analyse  the issue quickly
  5. He must take note of the issue from the employees  and discuss with HR manager or Department Manager before responding.
