Is corruption a necessary evil? Please justify your answer with solid reasons in both cases.

Corruption is just evil. Don't know why it should be necessary?

Any act  basically to money matters that you  got or used secretly  without declaration  publicly or consent from the legible owner  is considered  an act of corruption and definitely evil. Its an evil hence your intention is to steal and to Freud  somebody's  ownership.
