how can multinational companies handle recession problem in the host country?

Seeing is believing i.e. the organizational head or manager has to show his/her punctuality, behavior, attitude, openness, transparency, work ethics etc. to the employees. Some important points are as follows:
1. Come office on time in formal dress. Leaves the office on time unless there is emergency.
2. Attends all official meetings on time and listen to others and values others' views.
3. Make sure that official meetings are held with written agenda, meeting continues for not more than 1.5 hours (preferably one hour).
4. Make sure that meeting minutes are prepared, signed and circulated as per corporate norms
5. Call monthly all staff meeting to appraise and inform everybody the relevant updates.
6. Take lunch in the office canteen whenever possible with other departmental heads/unit head and say hi /hello to the staffs who pass by him.
7. Makes decision quickly based on facts.
8. Shows empathy to all staffs when they are seriously sick. Always takes care for staff development
9. Follows an open door policy i.e. anyone can meet him/her with prior appointment
10. Conduct an on line survey to assess the staff satisfaction and initiates action accordingly
A good leader is one who knows the way, shows the way and goes the way!!!

Is a role model followed by the right approach and the right approach. Multinational companies, the strategy of self-production zero cost with the customer, which stimulates the consumption of the guidance eliminates the problem of recession and other problems

Team Leader or organizational head is the person who would be the role model to follow for and defined organizational objectives to achieve hence all his/her acts impact on the rest of team.
Amongst the most admirable traits of good leadership include finding & making time to celebrate the successes of his or her team & individual team members, as well as doing the same to counsel failures or weak performance. Mentor the weaker members of the team to encourage them to have pride in what they do & to believe in their capabilities to raise their game. Stress the strength in team cohesion. The ability to draw team members to be engaged in decision making that are good for team efficiency & productivity also will demonstrate that your leadership style exercises inclusiveness and encourages ownership, initiative & creativity. Recognise great talent & effort, do not forget to reward achievement. Do not compromise on quality. The challenge is in being consistent in the leaderships execution of such management behaviours. Find time to have casual coffee & tete a tete with the team. These are just some top-of-mind experiences to share.
