In your opinion, what should be the first step of execution for any business plan?

Ensure you have selected the right people for each stage of your business plan.

I believe the first thing to do in executing a business plan implementation is to create an implementation matrix which will allocate action items from the business plan and set timelines as well as the persons responsible for their execution one item after another.

Thanks for your invitation. I think the first step to execute any Business plan, availability of necessary  financial resources with qualified and co-operative staff to start the execution process.

Break-down the business plan by setting the measurable short and long term goals

Set clear objective, goal and priorities. 

Customer's Requirement will be the base for any buisness

Right People, Understanding the Goal & Objectives, Proper Execution & Monitoring as Per Timeline.
