Well, technically no one can make time; because time is not like a pasta, you make it whenever you're hungry. Time is all about management. In order to manage your time in a good way, you should prioritize all of your daily tasks/ meetings. By doing so, you will be able to handle the time you actually have. For example, we see in most of the meetings that there will be a side conversation that is not related to the main subject which will waste your time. Thus, what all you need to do is to stick to the main subject.

Yes, because in today's world everyone has excuses of not having time from their busy schedule, but the reality we always have time for our priorities, but not for our families and friends.
