In the Borders and Shading box, use the Page Border tab to design your border:Under Setting, click the border style you want to use.
Scroll through the options under Style and select a line style.
Click the arrow under Color and select a border color.
Click the arrow under Width and select the width.
Open the Word document you want to apply different borders
Click the “View” button, and then choose “One Page
Click the “Insert” tab, select the “Text Box” button on the ribbon, and then choose the first option, “Simple Text Box.
Drag the text box near the top corner of your Word document, but take care to stay within the margins
Drag the edge of the text box over to the right and down so it takes up as much of the page as you want

Add additional borders as desired, and then save the document
open you microsoft office word then klick format - borders and shading then click page border then art then select border
As simple i say that, you can see a tool bar on the top of the ms word , Click the view button, & choose one page, and then click the page layout button and change the border as you like. This is the simple way to change page boarder.
