User experience is most important in my opinion. providing best shopping experience the the key to be a head in new e-commerce market. Product, pricing and costumer care are compulsory but these are the factors that every competitor is focusing in. If you want to win focus on costumer shopping experience.

Everything is important in eCommerce, best customer service, Good quality products and if you offer discount its a plus point, once you are in market, you have good customer service and best quality products will will pay you more money.

I live in Indonesia where e-Commerce Industry is the biggest e-market after China and India. When talking about the more important between product, pricing (discount) or customer services, it would depend on the market and the culture of each area. In Europe, customer more focus on product (quality, security, technology). In Indonesia, customer more focus on pricing (discount). They willing to queue until 3-4 hours to get 'buy one get one free' for Nutella. However, a great product and a great discount is only to embrace the market. Once the product going to the market, they would facing a 'Customer Experience'. Whatever you have a great product, a great discount, once you could not give satisfaction to the customer, it would not easy to get their trust back. Thus, the customer services is a key to embrace the 'Real Market' meanwhile improving the quality of product and attract the market with a good price.
