Career grow and progressing further is very important to each one of us...we all want to develop...

But we can't forget how important is a work environment and people we work with..it doesnt mean that we ought to sacrifice our career for that but that factors we need to consider as well when taking on a new job

If the offer is better than current in all the ways than should join with new one. Every body have the right to promote himself and get the financial benefits with respect.

A proof of love to coleagues is to support them to get a better position even if it's apart .. I consider this a human and professional concept to apply on all my staff and hence on myself.

It will be a tough decision but yes I will.

We all know that people come and go and as the team I have are like my family, they will or I will make them understand about the decision I have taken.  The relationship built is something out of work so by the help of multimedia I will still have them with me and my new career.

It really depends on the profile & growth opportunities in your current job vs new job. When your team is like family, you would like them to learn & grow as well as create maximum value for the organisation.

So you need to analyse the opportunity that your new job profile creates for you as well as your team. You can always move your family with you.

My take on this question is look for the overall value for the entire team in new offer vs your current job and then take decision.
