Every loyal employee with half of mentioned characteristics has a contribution in an any organization, so supply chain manager with all these elements no doubt has an ability to contribute and affect on growth and future plan    

In corporate world, a Supply Chain Manager is always a part of senior management team and in all project preparation, development and execution he/she plays a very important role. In some cases, procurement cost is around 50 percent of the project cost. So,  success of a project vis-a-vis company's growth  and future plans will immensely  depend on  a  smart, proactive and productive Supply Chain Manager.
