Stay at Holiday- in- Express and any hotel of that group: You will get value for money, will get discount in your next trip and you will become honorary brand Ambassador

- For the2nd., part of the question, I do prefer to increase their loyalty through many incentives like, (accumulated points, especial discounts especially for new products, and quantity discount if applicable, personal e-mails for the customers especial occasions, family memberships if applicable, unpaid seasonable maintenance plus discount for spare parts, ....erc.).
