Safty at work is one of The most import faktor in Sweden. In usch a degree that evrey budy gets instruktions and gets information on a introduction cours before starting to work at The sight.
At The end of This cours one gets cerified for it After a Quick test. There is allways a person on The sight whom we Call safty officer on The production whos job is to see that saftey regulatorns are followed by everybody.
I have no room for insubordination in relation to the mandated Safety Rules. If I have an employee that refuses to abide by the rules the infraction will be documented and he will be issued a verbal warning. A second offense will result in a written warning and possible time off without pay. A third offense will result in a suspension without pay and possibly termination depending on the severity of the infraction.

Provide remuneration to follow the rules
if not follow then add penalty for breaking the safety policy's rules
i think a worker who does not comply with safety measures, should be issue a warning and made to know the importance of safety to him , his co- workers, the company and his family back at home. if He continue like that, then he should be sanction not fired directly.
Depends on the SAFETY MEASURES itself.
If it is included in the work place policies. For example, at Chemicals Factory, all workers must comply with safety measures. Because the working process safety, is more critical than the working process itself.
In this case, the worker who don't comply with the safety measure. He must get a WARNING, that he will be fired of work if he didn't follow the safety measures. Then, he got Fired if he didn't respond.
