Trust is like fingers that we have on our hands. you can count only few.not many. what do you think about trust in management?

Trust rating in a project is almost like the few of it, you will never satisfy with your performance everyone, say100% trust rating. No matter what you will do, there will always be a nil. BUT the best thing to do, is are you trusting yourself to move on and do what you are oblige and going to do as per your roles or responsibilities per you job description? Before you gain trust to others, you to trust yourself first! As long as you do the right thing, you will never be afraid of, this is the rule.
