How do fresh graduates get hired when companies demand previous work experience?

With positive attitude towards the post applied for and make interviewer realize that you are eager to learn and you have capacity to adopt and learn quickly. Communication is a key. 

There are several entry level jobs which are open to freshers with a bright academic record and excellent communication skills. An unpaid internship or project with the company of your choice would be a good way to open closed doors and show your prospective employer that you have potential.

you can apply for entry level jobs which are open to newly graduate as well as internship program that will facilitate your job applications
