Why some companies see your profiles and they offered you to work other job or position less then you are?

I guess it is for the candidate to fill in the company's requirements.  Let's accept the fact that most of the companies now requires people who can do a multi-tasking job.

At the end of the day the employee knows that there are things they do that they are not paid for but this helps the employee to be more knowledgeable and productive in future.
