There is a lot of good information here, For good relationship i would like suggest one point here.
In our heart we should never ever bring and NEGATIVE OPINION / FEELINGS / THOUGHTS about the persons/colleagues etc. we would like to build good relationships. Because its not the tongue its the heart which actually responds to the people you are communicating.
How much good you praise someone with your tongue in front of them , and if your thinking bad in your heart than its only that will make an affect to others.
People those in their hearts thinks good and speaks good with their tongue are actually those who build good relationships.
