I would say its good question, most of the people have experiences that their victim of discrimination on the basis of County, religion & colour.

In order to eradicate discrimination, i would say Company chairman or any other top official have to take a necessary severe measure to wipe out this kind of evil from the company.

If I m in the position I would prefer the candidate who can contribute to improving my company business in any way.

I want only his/her knowledge and experience.

I will hire a person who is better with the appropriate skills and definitely without the tendency to my citizenship. However the persons to be hired must surely be fluent in English language to understand the instrucs.

I would hire someone qualified for the job, regardless of the nationality. Speaking the same language doesn't always make the job done. But working with a like-minded individual who knows what he is supposed to do is the way to go.

hiring has its many factors, from education to work experience and so on. the language professiency is at most important, if the candidate has good compentence but can't put forward, then its no use to the company.

both knowing the language of the work region and other required language is must. for instance hiring someone knowing international language such as english is good as to the person should also have a profiency in the region language as well.

In my opinion the native language is less important than skills and knowledge.

As long as the candidate speaks English fluently there is a common base for all team members and everything is fine.

The expertise and team cooperation is number one. Religion, Origin, Age, Race, Gender is not important.

As communication skills are deemed important in recruitment, we should be able to relay to the recruitment officers what we can do for the company. We should be able to let them understand what skills we have, and how we will be able to use them for the company's advantage. In short, we should be able to sell ourselves. With this, I say that it does not matter what language we speak, for as long as effective communication is present.
