No because machines may only do the things they are program for which out from that which it has been program it will fail so they will never do the things humans can do

No. System lack analytical, interpretational skills. Human discretion can achieve the end means.

System can only follow commands/ instructions but humans can flex decisions/ solutions per situation. Hence big data jobs will never be able to fully replace human judgment function.

Not completely, analytics are based on defined probabilities. machines cannot predict undefined probabilities,

Machine learning can predict scenarios yet human intervention is obvious at some instance to make final call.
