How can we implement TPM, to improve our sales strategy?

We can implement TPM in the following manner :

1. Set up TPM Committee, Working System, Target etc.

2. Establish basic TPM policies and goals.

3. Preparation and formulation of a master plan.

4. Put plan into action by engaging with stakeholders.

5. Develop an equipment and an autonomous maintenance program including tasks sequence, mange change etc.

6. Improve skills of production and maintenance personnel.

7. Develop evaluation criteria

Regular follow ups with existing customers,  ask them for more references and provide the service as promised while making the sales
