1. Keep appreciating people working with you.

2. Keep them update about their work which is align to company's goal and vision

3. Create a competitive and healthy work environment.

Dont's

1. Try not to discourage anybody

2. Don't make false statements to get the work done

3. Don't use negative words for anybody

3 Dos : (1) Align the employees with the goals and vision of the company. (2) Create faith of employee in the management and their commitment to realize the goals and vision & (3) Create trust in their immediate boss that he or she will support to achieve the ultimate goal.

3 Don'ts: (1) Don't get angry with your subordinates (2) Don't be cold, distant, rude and unfriendly (3) Don't send mixed message to the employees, so that they never know where they stand.
