Right combination of IQ & EQ
Both are important in their own unique sense. It's not an either-or situation!

I would go for the practical intelligence aka ability to use the resources to contribute to the company's business, to find approach to different people, creativity and the like. IQ should not be the highest, it should be just high enough. After the mark of let's say 120, there's no difference between the scores.

I would rather choose a person that can balance both by giving a situation question.
IQ test is judgement of employees internalization for organization.
Both are important. and right combination of both will be best.
you cant separate between them.
because the employee who has an good IQ rate he will be able to use the Emotional intelligence in the best way for the good of himself and his employer.
in the other way people with low IQ they will be lost between the rules and the emotional choice of decision.
