Relevance of the decision, acceptance by subordinates, accuracy measured by decision outcome and creativity will indicate how effective your management style is. However not all decisions are always welcomed, but you need to concentrate on the situation demand which will reflect your efficiency as a manager.
Its the way how you make your team feel with your decisions. your targets are meant to be achieved. and you plan for them. if you plan for them just by on your own instincts it shows you just want to order your team to do something. if you plan it with them by taking their opinion as well it shows you are really a good leader and take care of what your subordinates wanna add in.
