Some have found me easy to deal with but , at times ,others have found me tough to deal with . It depends on the situation and from the angle one looks at.

There is nothing called toughness, people are either perfectionist or unrealistic. In both the cases you cannot satify them, I don't think I am the one who is either.
No, I am not a tough employee. I am very easy to deal with because you have to create an environment of understanding among the subordinates and your seniors.
Some people like me or the way I do my work and some don't ... what matters/is important; that I conduct myself in a professional manner and get the job done.
It depends on the situation of the case that need to be discussed.
Being tough (rude, rough, autocratic) never gets results in the long run... on the contrary it frustrates talent. Depending on the situation, you have to be assertive in driving home your point. Having said that, sometimes, you have to take tough decisions regarding perpetual non-performers in the best interest of the team and the organisation.
