No doubt self motivation is the best motivation. To motivate yourself, you should first of all make up your mind to take interest in the work you are assigned. Then your priority should be completing the work before due date and also achieve the results.

It varies from individual to individual . According to Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs Safety & Security , Belongingness & affection , Esteem & Self respect , Self Actualization are the factors that keep a person self motivated .
