Create a team building activity that includes fun interacting between the team, role play there is much more you can do when you think outside the box, you can also have a small team lunch where it make team members feel more relax and open to question or suggestion, have these activities not in work place but in a different environment.

best way to add fun to the work environment to break the daily routine is to have the entire team go out for lunch or order a meal and share ideas , it breaks the monotony also gets people connected. A team that works together succeed together.
For me there are 2 options.
1. Pick a regular day and take the team out or night out.
2. Pick a day of every month and call it fun time and make sure they do have fun
3. Encourage freindship
4. Celebrate small wins that would encourage/influence them to do better
Fun at work is not possible at all times. But yes we can make our work place interesting. Below are some points to make our place an interesting place:

2. Celebrating work-mates festivals at workplace in a smallest possible way.
3. Some music background music i mean can uplift the mood at workplace and keep it more like a place to be.
Having fun in work place depned on work nature , a leader always will find a way to have a fun and change daily routain work , Celebrating birthday and special occasion will mean a lot for a team . set a daily or weekly challenge with reward will add to work enviroment .
Out of the box thinking to create fun to add to work environment is essential and that vary from department to department and organisation to organisation. If the leader is serious with fun-less businessman, then it is difficult to do this at bottom level.
Thinking to create fun outside the work environment may not be effective because that is very easy but difficult to add in the work environment where stress is inevitable and addition of fun is required

first of all by creating a light, friendly atmosphere, rapport at work. Setting up the tasks/ jobs in a way that is not dull and routine; being creative with the team rather than dogmatic an dgiving everyone to express their opinion on how tasks should be completed best.
