A Leader is a guide, a mentor and a strong motivator towards achievement of a goal. The job of a team leader is similar to that of a leader except that a leader leads in masses while a team leader manages, guides and motivates a group of people to achieve the end target. In order to become a leader in large scale or reach a position where I shall be able to motivate positively a Company as such, it is important to first learn how to manage a small team, lead the team, guide it effectively and finally meet the end target for the professional growth of the Company. This thought and this self motivation within me was the main reason behind accepting the position of a team leader

A team leader is someone who provides guidance, instruction, direction and leadership to a group of other individuals (the team) for the purpose of achieving a key result or group of aligned results.
I am a strategist and like to execute and implement my plans in accordance with my team mates’ abilities to achieve long and short term goals. I have worked in teams for many years and in fact, captained my senior college baseball team! Being receptive to change and having a flexible way of thinking, I have been able to achieve great results in my previous Projects of which I am the Team Leader. I understand that the job requires a candidate to lead a team of 10 men to achieve sales related objectives. I truly believe I can successfully fill that role.”
Staff in general depends on a number of factors, the most important type of task or tasks required to achieve them, and usually these types overlap depending on the nature of the job, whether a specialist dealing with a tactical goal, or a comprehensive action teams concerned with strategic issues that implement long-term goals of institutions and adopted by senior management where, there are different types of teams, each serving a specific target, and each has its own characteristics.
Where these teams identify opportunities for organization and assess their needs, and develops general philosophical framework and identify public policies and trends, and then set goals and work of the executive action plans and determine necessary to achieve resources, and monitors the progress and measurement and reporting on performance. And it bears also set deadlines for achieving the goals, and should be among its members representatives of the various administrative levels. They need lengthy meetings for long periods of time.
If current leader is successfully managing the team then why need to change? There would be some skills missing to take up future challenges, therefore, if managements feels that need to be replaced with new one due to some reason then you have to look into that can you take up successfully new challenges, and as well as have to maintain success path?
When you trust your team and let them feel the integrity , with can do attitude, that will back on you and your performance and increase the creativity sense of the team .
