What do you think are the most important qualities for someone to excel as Operation Manager?

thanks for the invitation   i think  dealing with people and issues,consistency in behavior.able to control emotions and keep them out of decision making , good listener etc employees are very important to success the company and always be honest with them flexible , confidence , truth , contribution , monitoring with others division .

Consider the team mat advice and evaluate these advice

Never consider himself always right, be cool in problem solution

An effective communicator with good systematic planning, interpersonal, decision making and solution finder.  A flexible team player with positive attitude and motivation tactics.

Planining and forecasting and proactive dealing with employees is important qualities to excel as Operation Manager

The powers and responsibilities bestowed upon Operations Manager may differ from one organization to another. However below are some of the common qualities that may enable OM to excel.

1. leadership skills

2. Great planner

3.Communication skills

4. Common sense

I believe that you must have complete work knowledge, team player, problem solver and crisis manager.

Utilize resources, specially manpower in the way that optimum output from max. members can get.... it helps whole team to grow-up in each area of operation.
