Do you Enjoy working Independently or in Teams?

Any organization, ultimate result is due to efforts of individuals who work as a team to achieve the common goal of the organization. Teamwork always gives better results. For some profiles, it is good to be working as individual where it needs lot of creativity.

I enjoy both but more with team

It depends on the type of job I am doing , I am really flexible. If it is a paper work or some thing that needs my concentration I prefer working independently and if it needs team work I am a good team player.

Interactive working environment bring more production.. the learning is faster and the result is more accurate. As they always say,  2 heads are better than one,  the more the merrier.

where the results of the task allocated are in high demand by management, I prefer working independently.

However many times that I have found task delegation and team work leads to more efficient results. 

• I feel more motivated when I work with a group. I enjoy having other people around to bounce ideas off. I find that one person can say something that jogs your mind and you come up with a completely new creative thought or idea. I really enjoy that kind of experience. Plus, I feel everyone has something different to contribute to an effort because we all come from such diverse backgrounds.
