What questions will you ask someone to find out whether they need an ERP system or not?

If you are invited by a management team to ask a question (or justification), you just ask them

·         “How’s your existing MIS (Management Information System)?

·         How long it takes to get a customized report?

·         How competent is Procurement system?

·         How fast is your payment procedure?

·         How transparent is work force activities?

·         How do you resist your employees from doing any misdeed/s?

I think these are enough to convince Management to for (oracle) ERP
