To build strong organizational culture for me is to build real teamwork and most of all trust the team you are building and it starts with leaders first, as an employee and a follower what my leader show to my co worker/co employee is what matters the most its where you will find what employees you really have. Your team will engaged if you let them give ideas and suggestion and let them feel that you trust them and make them cooperate to what you want to do to your team.
