A compressor works on R404A, it has a High noise and vibration, also it doesn't achieve the refrigeration Temp. that we want, what is the problem?

THE AMOUNT OF REFRIGERENT WOULD BE LESS IN VOLUME, THAT IS WHY I CAN NOT OPERATE IN A PARTICULAR MANNER

1)bearing failure

2)insufficient refrigent

3)compressor motor consuming more current not working properly

4)expansion valve or capilary block

1 - Missalignment.

2 - Internaly gas leakage

3 - Low performance of interstage cooler.

4 - Bearing faileur

5 - insufficint refrigerant

Due to the leakage of gas, which increases the temperature of the compressor

1. May be compressor on surging

2. Interstage cooler very low performance leeds high temperature of refrigeration gas

3.High pressure.

bearing defective,mounting bolt s loose

There could be a couple of reasons:

• Restricted supply of refrigerant
• leaky refrigerant plant
• insufficient refigerant
• excessive load on the system
• filters on the suction side clogged
• suction/discharge valves clogged
