If God can create man in his image , put Adam in the garden of Eden not alone but with someone else to help resolve issues... i see no harm in seeking advise for Problems, be it Positive or Negative. you cant know it all, can a woman bear a child without a man?

Talking about the problems is important, not only for self but also for the organization you are associated with. However, making a public demostration will not work and one has to find a confidante who can atleast listen if not help. Direct Line Manager should be inquisitive enough to understand that some problem is a detriment to an employee's performance and should encourage the team member to speak out.

Yes I do believe talking about your problems will truly make you feel better, in the sense that you can talk to someone you trust and it may help you to:

  • sort through the problem or to see the situation more clearly
  • look at the problem in a new or different way
  • release built-up tension. This can help you to gain new insight into the situation that is causing the problem
  • find out that you are not alone. You may find that many other people share your feelings
  • identify options or solutions you hadn't thought of before.

Yes, I believe that by verbalizing our problems whether to a friend, colleague, spiritual leader or a counselor or psychologist we gain a new perspective on our issues which might help us problem-solve them. As a matter of fact it has been proven by extensive research that talk therapies that are also based on problem-solving such as cognitive-behavioral therapy are not only helpful but efficient in helping individual manage life's many stressors.

yes in some cases because the communication shares the problem and relieves the first detector.

But be careful with whom shared because some  problems can't be communicated for confidentiality .

To feel better you have to know what to talk about and especially with whom talked otherwise your problem if treated badly can make a snowball and block the flow of your life.

Sometimes. Talking might help in finding the solution for the problem.

This is not the case for everyone though.

Yes, Talking about your problem gives you an opportunity to narrate the problem, and while narrating gives you an opportunity to define circumstances to find descriptions and emotions that accompanied by those emotions, which can be sadness, depression, crying or frustration. When you feel these emotions it gives a chance to heal, and also talking can help you gain a different view of how you ve been describing your problem and also opens up chances of getting feedback and other people point of and expirinces which might be so much more than what you though was a problem.
