Do you think that companies should support employees to become small entrepreneurs?

It is unlikely that companies will provide support unless it benefits them financially,  a marketing tool to them or it has tremendous advantages for them. 

Ideally they should support but it does not happen in reality & thanks for the invitation.

this based on company strategy and internal policy as well

They should to make them sustainable financially, but this would lead to conflict of interests.
