Someone who can gain trust by showing integrity and explains why before expecting how. They should know the value of a team and can make objective decisions to benefit the team fully. Can release the maximum potential from someone by leading by example and should not hide away form responsibility and accountability.
Someone who knows the value of team and treat them at par with self, understands their need, requirements and trust them with the assigned work/task.
