What are fill and distributed alignments in ms excel?

Fill like the name implies ,is entering a text on the cell while distributed alignment is align spaced cell width to left or right  to creat a text wrap.

Fill is simply entering a text on a cell. Distributed alignments is when spaces in a cell width are evenly changed creating text wrap. Unlike justify, distributed forces all lines to fit the column width, even the last line in wrapped text.
