3. Customer Relationship  Management (Inernal/External)

4. Effectiveness at work (Time Mgmt. ,Resources,Procedures, Admin.Skills, Budgets.. etc.)  

1.       Good follow-up

2.       Having an alternative source for each Product / Service type.

3.       Good and fair Relationship with stakeholders and Suppliers

4.       Obtaining the needed approvals based on the company procedures

5.       Getting accurate competitive quotes.

6.       Transparency in processes

7.       Updated and strong record keeping for all Procurement Activities
