Is a smiling face necessary for customer service officers ?

الوجهة المبتسم يشعرنى بالراحة و التودد مع من اتعامل معهم

فللابتسامة تاثير ايجابى فى مجال عملى

خاصة حينما انتقل لعملى الاخر - مجال خدمى -

لمساعدة الفقراء و  المحتاجين  

Smiling face and bright is a requirement and a duty to all staff and all human beings (especially for customer service officer)

Sometimes it does and  most of the people feel comfortable when they deal with someone with a shiny teeth but the most important factor is to be honest with the customer because its the most important  thing that will make the customer loyal 

Here are some of the components of good service:

• Respond promptly
• Resolve issues quickly
• Listen
• Keep your promises
• Give more than expected
• Help even if it does not have an immediate return for you
• Make sure you and all your employees offer this assistance
